The WXCam #1is a Stardot Netcam pointed due north and about 100 feet high overlooking Paint Creek.
The WXCam #2 is the Logitech Quickcam an inexpensive inside camera that is pointed out a windo towards the front of my house. I use a free service called Mogulus to stream it. The ads are from Mogulus, not me. They have ad ad-free version but it costs $350 a month. So Iíll stick with the free.
Special help in coding and building this site was kindly provided by Kevin Palivec, a weather enthusiast and IT guru from Texas who runs a weather site called BigCountryWX. Inspiration came from A.J. Hartley's Pleasantweather.com.
A complete article on all this can be found on my PCMike weblog.
